How to Prepare for a Session
In the days leading up to your session it is helpful to practice deep breathing exercises or listen to a guided meditation to quiet your mind and ease into a receptive state.
Take a few moments to set your intentions for your session whether it's to explore a past life, connect with spirit guides, or gain clarity on a current challenge but remain open, knowning your subconscious will reveal what is in your highest good.
