What To Expect During A Session:
A session usually lasts between 1.5 – 2 hours. The first 15-30 minutes will be spent outlining the steps of the hypnosis, answering any questions and discussing your intentions. Detailed notes will be taken of your hopes and desires in order to better guide you and help achieve your desired outcome. Then you will have the option to sit or lie down as you are led through a 20 – 30 minute guided hypnosis to access the subconscious and/or universal mind.
Once you have crossed through the veil, so to speak, you will continue to be guided to help you see, feel, hear or sense more clearly that which you are seeking. When it is appropriate, you will be guided back to the present moment.
